Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Your Responsibilities:- Provide technical support for fintech SAAS platforms (OMS/Algo/EMS) to clients worldwide (Europe, Asia, North America, Australia);
- Address client tickets of varying complexity;
- Prepare initial results of incident investigations for the development team;
- Offer phone support to clients at the L1-L2 level;
- Check production environment performance before or after trading hours;
- Monitor Linux servers hosted in London, New York, Frankfurt, and Hong Kong.
