Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for fintech SAAS platforms (OMS/Algo/EMS) to clients worldwide (Europe, Asia, North America, Australia);
  • Address client tickets of varying complexity;
  • Prepare initial results of incident investigations for the development team;
  • Offer phone support to clients at the L1-L2 level;
  • Check production environment performance before or after trading hours;
  • Monitor Linux servers hosted in London, New York, Frankfurt, and Hong Kong.
