You will join our Data Science & AI team in Warsaw as we build out an AI focused data enrichment capability from the ground up. As part of this position, you will work hand in hand with our software engineers to use AI technologies to enhance data quality, integrity, and usability as well as be responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of data.

• Implement and maintain data governance frameworks, policies, and standards
• Monitor and improve data quality using AI tools, identifying, and rectifying anomalies, inconsistencies, and errors.
• Coordinate the integration of data from various sources, ensuring seamless and efficient data flow across systems.
• Work closely with a global team of investment professionals, data scientists, and engineering teams to understand data requirements and deliver high-quality data solutions.
• Utilize AI to enrich data sets, adding value through enhanced data attributes and insights.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, standards, and metrics.
• Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, data governance, or a related role. Experience in a financial services or hedge fund environment
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python (pandas), SQL, ChatGPT, Snowflake, AWS S3, Redshift
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, min. B2 (polish is not required)
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing and analyzing data.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
