For one of our clients, a U.S. - based public company that is one of the oldest IT enterprises in the world, we are seeking candidates for the role of: Senior Full-stack Developer (Java+React).

The project:

The team is developing an innovative cloud-native FinOps solution to help customers manage and optimize cloud expenditures. Built on a microservices architecture, the product runs on AWS and emphasizes scalability and performance. The team is responsible for the full product lifecycle, including requirements, design, implementation, deployment, and support. They are seeking a Software Engineer skilled in Java and SQL, ideally with frontend development experience, to contribute to feature development in a SaaS environment.

• Ownership of significant portions of the team codebase,
• Contribution to setting the strategic direction for the project,
• Designing and implementing new features for the software,
• Optimization and maintenance of existing code,
• Ensuring high-quality standards through rigorous testing and debugging,
• Collaboration with other developers, designers, and product managers to align software with user needs,
• Ensuring the software meets modern non-functional requirements (e.g., performance, security).

• 5+ years of experience delivering enterprise level software in Java,
• Experience with large scale, data-driven, web-based microservices,
• Experience with Java, object-oriented programming, REST, relational databases, schema design and SQL,
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms and asynchronous architectures,
• Understanding of best SDLC practices: coding standards, reviews, code management, build processes, and testing,
• Experience with AWS or other public cloud technologies,
• Experience with ReactJS, JavaScript and one or more modern JS UI frameworks,
• Experience with distributed source control systems such as Git,
• Familiarity with Maven,
• Familiarity with a DevOps working model,
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
