• Client: banking industry
• Rate: 5500 - 6500 PLN gross, contract of employment
• Work arrangement: onsite, Warsaw, full-time

The person in this position will be responsible for providing technical support to users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. Additionally, they will manage IT equipment logistics, including distribution, maintenance, and inventory, as well as handle contact center tasks, ensuring a high level of customer service.

• Diagnosing and resolving technical issues reported by users.
• Installing, configuring, and updating software and computer hardware.
• Providing remote and on-site support for company employees.
• Maintaining technical documentation and reporting incidents.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure the continuity of IT systems.
• Managing IT equipment logistics, including distribution, maintenance, and inventory.
• Monitoring the technical condition of equipment and planning replacements or repairs.
• Handling contact center tasks, including receiving inquiries, providing information, and resolving customer issues.

• Secondary or higher education, preferably in IT, telecommunications, or related fields.
• Experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems.
• Strong communication skills, teamwork ability, and professionalism.
• Proficiency in English.
• Experience in managing IT equipment and logistics will be an additional asset.
