We’re looking for a Technical Specialist for Mobile Devices to join our team in Germany. You’ll play a key role in supporting and maintaining mobile solutions for our employees. As part of our global function of over 2,500 tech experts within the organization, you’ll help drive innovation and ensure our mobile infrastructure runs seamlessly.

• Manage and maintain the Mobile Device Management System (BlackBerry UEM)
• Continuously improve the mobile infrastructure and user experience
• Act as the central point of contact for all MDM-related queries (L1, L2, L3), including support for individual executives
• Evaluate and implement new mobile technologies
• Create clear documentation, guides and training materials, and deliver presentations or training sessions
• Handle additional tasks to ensure a reliable and efficient mobile infrastructure

• Degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Proven experience as a mobile systems administrator
• Knowledge of BlackBerry and related mobile technologies (ABM, Android Enterprise, Microsoft Intune)
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft product integration
• Fluent English communication skills to thrive in our diverse environment

• Openness to take on additional responsibilities in the Collaboration area (Exchange, M365)
• Analytical mindset with a solution-focused approach to problem-solving
