Czym będziesz się zajmować?
Project Description:- Manage daily support services and engagements, including utilization, SLAs, demand forecasting, and other key business metrics.
- Coordinate the creation of SLAs through collaboration with the Client team.
- Supervise and guide the activities of the service team (2nd and 3rd line support).
- Ensure adherence to best practices and service level agreements by the team.
- Lead the team through incident, problem, and change management processes, including root cause analysis.
- Continuously improve problem and incident management practices.
- Monitor and resolve Client complaints until full resolution.
- Support the sales process.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure effective communication channels.
Kogo poszukujemy?
Requirements:- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Delivery Manager or Service Manager.
- Proven experience in IT support projects in an international setting, particularly involving Salesforce technology.
- Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Solid understanding of both development processes (such as requirements gathering and testing) and IT support processes (such as monitoring and continuous delivery).
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the ITIL framework.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with technical and non-technical audiences in geographically dispersed teams.
- Fluent in English (minimum C1 level).
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships at all organizational levels.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
