We’re looking for an experienced Scrum Master / Project Manager to join an exciting project in the Treasury and Liquidity Reporting domain. As part of a cross-functional team, you will play a key role in delivering a strategic program of work focused on modernizing reporting systems, enhancing analytical capabilities, and supporting global regulatory requirements.

As a Scrum Master / Project Manager, you’ll guide the team in applying agile practices while balancing delivery using waterfall approaches where needed. You will foster collaboration, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and foster team self-organization.
• Ensure adherence to Agile practices and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
• Remove impediments and coach the team to resolve issues independently.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders to maintain focus on business value.
• Monitor team performance and deliverables, ensuring risks are mitigated.
• Lead project planning, roadmap creation, and budget tracking.
• Promote quality, innovation, and sustainable delivery.
• Coach team members to grow agile maturity and enhance overall performance.

Must-Have:

• Proven experience delivering projects in both Agile and Waterfall frameworks
• Strong communication skills to coach teams and manage senior stakeholders.
• Experience navigating roadblocks and promoting solutions within high-performing teams.
• Understanding of Treasury and Liquidity reporting concepts and related business needs.
• Expertise in project delivery methodologies (Agile, SDLC).
• Hands-on experience delivering Treasury or FX changes in financial institutions or large organizations.
• Strong organizational skills, conflict resolution abilities, and the ability to work in multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

Preferred:

• Certifications like PMP or Scrum Master are a plus.
• Exposure to user-centered design or business architecture principles.
• Experience with production support and change management.
• A proactive, innovative mindset and commitment to ethical practices.
