Czym będziesz się zajmować?

  • Design and develop system architecture for advertising platforms, including application design, APIs, microservices, data processing, and reporting.
  • Analyze existing solutions, identify gaps, and implement changes to enhance system scalability and performance.
  • Provide consultancy and guidance to engineering teams during development, testing, and productization stages.
  • Research and evaluate emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions, balancing build-vs-buy considerations.
  • Maintain and update architecture documentation, including system components, data flows, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, privacy, and governance, to align technical solutions with business needs.
  • Lead and mentor a team of architects, fostering growth and technical excellence.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • 10+ years of experience in roles such as Principal Architect or similar, including 1+ years in a leadership position.
  • Deep understanding of computer science fundamentals, including hardware, operating systems, data structures, and networking.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing architectures for global, large-scale products.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience growing teams and mentoring talent.
  • Excellent communication skills in English..
  • Familiarity with modern software development life cycles and tools, including CI/CD and version control systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize effectively, and drive improvements.
