Global Cybersecurity enables businesses to manage information, technology and cybersecurity risks by ensuring they are understood and controlled. The Cybersecurity Assessment team focuses on Vulnerability Management, Secure Development (including DevSecOps), Threat and Controls Assessment (including threat modeling) and Third-Party Security Assessment.

You will define and prioritize the product backlog, gather requirements with stakeholders and ensure successful software delivery aligned with business needs. Familiarity with cybersecurity or financial services and strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

• Define and prioritize the product backlog, aligning it with business value and strategic goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and balance priorities
• Act as the main link between business and development teams
• Work with analysts, architects and developers to translate business needs into user stories
• Oversee the development process, balancing incident management and technical debt
• Lead sprint planning and reviews
• Track delivery progress, addressing risks and dependencies for timely releases
• Promote continuous improvement in Agile practices

• Experience as a Product Owner or similar role in software delivery, ideally in Cybersecurity or financial services/banking
• Understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum and Kanban, with practical experience in applying Agile principles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging and influencing stakeholders at all levels
• Skilled in defining and prioritizing product backlogs, writing user stories, acceptance criteria and technical specs
• Ability to lead cross-functional, distributed teams and build consensus on product priorities
• Proficient in Jira and Confluence
• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies, particularly in SLM, Service Continuity, Information Security, and Change, Incident and Problem Management
• Relevant certifications, like CSPO or PSPO are desirable
