What We’re Looking For

Leadership: 5+ years in software engineering, including 2+ in leadership roles like Tech Lead or Senior Engineer, with a drive to take on bigger challenges.

DevOps Expertise: In-depth understanding of DevOps practices, with the ability to guide and coach others effectively.

Architecture Skills: Experience designing scalable, maintainable systems and sharing that knowledge with your team.

Strategic Thinking: Skilled in short- and medium-term planning and solving complex technical challenges.

System Reliability: Knowledge of resilience patterns, cloud security, and building systems that scale and perform reliably.

Incident Management: Comfortable managing on-call duties and production incidents, ensuring smooth operations.
