Czym będziesz się zajmować?

Senior Backend Developer (70% Java/ 30% Ruby on Rails):
  • 100% remotely
  • Area: e-commerce
Your Responsibilities:
  • Working closely with teams in Tel Aviv, Poland, and Ukraine
  • Delivering scalable features daily in a CI/CD environment
  • Participating and leading the design of complex solutions handling millions of requests daily (microservices architecture)
  • Engaging in high-scale system management, handling millions of requests daily across both microservices and monolithic architectures
  • Collaborating with team members on technological and architectural topics
  • Owning your work with a freedom-and-responsibility culture.

Kogo poszukujemy?

Your skills and expertise:
  • A BSc in computer science/engineering (or equivalent)
  • Experience with the web application environment
  • 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on building scalable and high-performance applications
  • 3–4 years of experience with Java and Spring (Boot) or Ruby&Rails (an advantage)
  • AWS - S3, Lambda, and EC2 are required
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Kafka or Flink – a big advantage
  • Experience with Big Data – an advantage
  • Google Looker and Snowflake – an advantage
  • Experience with client-side frameworks like React/Vue/Angular – an advantage.
