A Solution Architect is a specialist IT professional who designs, implements, and manages solutions that leverage the Open Banking APIs and standards. They play a crucial role in helping the company comply with regulations, develop innovative financial products and services, and stay competitive in the evolving landscape.

• Design and architect Open Banking solutions: Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and performant Open Banking architectures, considering data privacy, security, and regulatory constraints.
• Integrate Open Banking APIs with internal systems: Design new solutions or enhance existing solutions adhering to the company's security standards to integrate with OBSS APIs and downstream APIs.
• Design and implement scalable, secure, and cost-effective AWS solutions: Design distributed systems and applications on AWS that meet performance, security, and compliance needs.
• Develop and document solution blueprints: Create detailed documentation outlining the architecture, components of the cloud solution.
• Evaluate and recommend AWS services: Where required assess existing AWS cloud infrastructure and recommend appropriate solution and technology for migration, or modernization.

• Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture principles.
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing cloud solutions on AWS.
• Knowledge in API design, implementation and system integration using APIs.
• Experience working with industry-standard integration frameworks and patterns.
• Knowledge of networking, security, and storage concepts, REST API, TLS, OAuth.
• Experience across different technical domains, including microservice architectures, workflow management systems, MI and Telemetry
• Experience in defining transition plans and roadmaps for IT systems.
• Significant experience in designing and building distributed containerised platforms.
• Knowledge on NoSQL Data bases and Relational databases.
