The primary purpose of this role is to be responsible for deploying the Data Movement programme and coordinate across teams executing through the Agile methodology. The initial assignment will be focused on automation of control evidencing for data integrity.

• Working with the Programme Manager and Scrum Masters to ensure alignment of their deliveries with the wider change portfolio and strategy
• Leading requirements elicitation (via workshops, interviews, shadowing etc.) and documentation (via business requirements and catalogues)
• Creating analysis of customer journeys and product functionality in order to produce valuable recommendations
• Close liaison with Solution Architects and IT partners to support technical analysis
• Supporting the design phase including the translation of business requirements / user stories to solution design with both technology and business teams
• Leading implementation via training, business readiness requirements, RACI creation and adoption
• Providing testing support (co-ordinating and tracking outcomes)
• Assuring delivery through the entire project lifecycle
• Managing stakeholder and senior management relationships

• Exceptional understanding of Data, in particular data storage controls is essential 
• Excellent knowledge of financial institutions, in particular Data Movement
• Strong process analysis & mapping skills with proven success within large and complex global projects in a change environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Analyst role
• Strong MS Excel skillset / experience, including understanding of standard formulas including Vertical & Horizontal Lookups, IF statements, and also pivot tables / charts
• Strong stakeholder management experience from Exco level to analysts, specialising in impactful communication across different markets and business lines
• Experience in applying Agile methodology
• Agile certification(s) advantageous (e.g. SAFe)
