• Design, Deploy, and Manage Storage Solutions:
• Create scalable and efficient storage architectures that include SAN (Storage Area Network), NAS (Network Attached Storage), and object storage systems.
• Lead deployments of new storage solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical requirements.
• Configuration and Optimization:
• Configure storage arrays, switches, and related infrastructure components to maximize performance and reliability.
• Conduct regular performance tuning and optimization tasks to enhance storage system efficiency.
• Monitoring and Issue Resolution:
• Monitor storage performance metrics and capacity utilization using various tools and dashboards.
• Proactively identify storage-related issues and resolve them to minimize downtime and maintain data availability.
• Policy Development and Data Integrity:
• Develop, implement, and maintain storage policies and procedures that ensure the integrity, security, and availability of data within the storage ecosystem.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with storage policies.
• Collaboration with IT Teams:
• Work closely with other IT teams to integrate storage solutions with existing systems, applications, and workflows.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Fluency in French, both written and spoken.
• 3+ years of experience in storage engineering or a related role.
• Proficiency with storage technologies such as EMC, NetApp, Dell EMC, HP 3Par Storage, etc.
• Strong understanding of SAN and NAS protocols (FC, iSCSI, NFS, SMB).
• Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware) and cloud storage (MS Azure) is a plus.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., EMCISA, NetApp NCDA, etc.) are desirable.
