• Act as a bridge between business needs and developers to ensure the delivery of high quality IT solutions.
• Being part of building or rebuilding DATA Platform for the Bank.
• Helping to design advanced solutions around data and analytics.
• Working closely together with stakeholders across the client to understand the expected outcome and elicit business features.
• Managing delivery dependencies towards other teams and organization units across the client.
• Working in an Agile environment as an integral part of the cross-functional agile delivery team.
• Have a strong solution-oriented and analytical mindset.
• Thrive when working with complex end-to-end solutions and processes.
• Have ability to grasp new technologies quickly (on high level) and able to ask right questions.
• Fluent communicator and have experience on working with business users.

• Knowledge of SQL, Hive.
• Communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving.
• Familiarity with basic concepts in machine learning, CI/CD pipeline, Big Data.
• Advanced knowledge of machine learning algorithms NOT required.
