We are seeking a Mid-Level BI Analyst to join our team! In this role, you will leverage your Tableau expertise to analyze complex data sets, design interactive dashboards, and provide data-driven solutions that support our clients strategic goals.   • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using various BI tools to support business decision-making with a focus on Tableau.
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources into BI systems, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with Data Engineers to identify and agree on the necessary data and data structures for dashboards, ensuring they align with business requirements.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand business needs, and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of data sources, methodologies, and processes used in the creation of dashboards and reports.
  • Stay updated with the latest BI trends and best practices, and continuously seek opportunities to improve existing BI solutions and processes.

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Proven experience working with Tableau;
  • Experience with PowerBI or other BI tools would be a plus;
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation. Experience with dbt is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and database management.
  • Experience with ETL processes and data integration techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work, especially in data validation and quality assurance.
