As a part of the Computing Product Line, you will engage in the research, design, and implementation of software components that enable tiered memory usage within end-to-end solutions. You will work on memory subsystems to enable performant utilization of heterogeneous memory in areas such as AI, data bases and virtualization. Collaborating closely with research teams across the company, you will drive innovation on frontier of solutions.

• Design, prototype, and optimize software for the new hardware and memory devices.
• Propose and conclude experiments, benchmarks and present results.
• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in relevant technology and apply them to the daily work.
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate innovative solutions into production environment.

• BSc or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Good grasp of computer architecture and foundation in memory/storage/processing technologies, including an understanding of the software stack and critical performance factors
• Strong programming skills in C and C++
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to innovate within the domain
• Ability to work independently

• PhD degree in Computer Science or related field
• Publications in journals or conferences
• Experience in compiler optimization and Linux kernel development
• Knowledge of ARM architecture
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and principles
• Experience in presenting research ideas and/or results
• Experience in optimization and performance tuning AI models and software
• Successful patents filing record
