As the Release Train Engineer, you will lead the Agile Release Train for teams within the FA Platform & Governance, collaborating with RTEs in five Value Streams and other Foundation Areas. Your role is pivotal in facilitating ART events and processes, coaching teams, and ensuring value delivery in alignment with the SAFe framework.

• Establish and manage the key components of an Agile Release Train in accordance with SAFe methodology.
• Organize and ensure successful Program Increment (PI) planning events.
• Collaborate with management to champion the shift towards an Agile mindset and facilitate the transformation.
• Act as an Agile Coach at the Foundation Area level, supporting teams in adopting best practices.
• Lead change management efforts to improve the organization and operation of the Agile Release Train within FA Platform & Governance.
• Partner with other RTEs and Agile Coaches to align on best practices and foster continuous learning.
• Ensure teams are well-supported through training, mentorship, and the sharing of best practices.

• A relevant academic background coupled with several years of experience in Agile roles.
• Demonstrated experience as a Release Train Engineer (RTE) in SAFe environments.
• Proven ability to apply your knowledge and experience in a global, cross-functional context.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and change management skills.
