• Set up new customer.
• Responsible for setup in client's tools for customer management. 
• Basic setup of customer environments on centralized solutions. 
• Basic setup of client management solutions (Intune or SCCM). 
• Stay updated on market trends and new technology. 
• Provide advice to customers and internally. 
• Maintain dialogue with customers, project managers, administrative staff, and suppliers. 
• Technical clarifications and collaboration with other internal departments. 
• Contribute to the professional and methodological development of the department. 
• Look for improvement opportunities in all customer environments, with a special focus on security. 
• Test/QA, both individual components and complex solutions. 
• Prepare technical solution descriptions/design and documentation according to the department's quality requirements. 
• Follow routines and procedures set by client and Department/Group Leader. 
• Handover of projects to Operations (CO). 
• Knowledge in creating High Level Design and Low Level Design.
