• Design and Architecture: Lead the design and architecture of scalable web applications and services using .NET frameworks (ASP.NET Core, etc.).
• Code Development: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in C# and related technologies.
• Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality, performance, and adherence to best practices.
• Task Breakdown: Break down complex business requirements into smaller, manageable development tasks.
• Testing: Write and maintain unit, integration, and automated tests to ensure robustness and reliability of applications.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owner, delivery manager, team lead, QA and other developers to deliver high-quality software.
• Mentorship: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level developers, helping them grow and contribute effectively.
• Troubleshooting: Debug and fix critical production issues, ensuring minimal downtime for the application.
• Documentation: Maintain technical documentation for systems, workflows, and development processes.

• Proficiency in .NET Framework/Core: Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, and ASP.NET Core is essential w/ min of 5 years’ experience.
• Front-End Technologies: Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and framework VUE w/ Knockout skillset to support some legacy areas of application
• Database Management: Expertise in working with relational databases like SQL Server or MySQL, with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
• Testing & Debugging: Proficiency in writing unit tests, integration tests, and using tools like xUnit or NUnit for automation testing.
• Version Control: Experience with Git or other version control systems for code collaboration.
• Agile Methodologies: Hands-on experience with Agile or Scrum processes for iterative and incremental software development.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to break down complex problems, design solutions, and troubleshoot effectively.
• Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior developers and leading development teams.
• Continuous Integration & Deployment (CI/CD): Knowledge of setting up automated build pipelines using tool TeamCity.

• Experience Modularizing Monolithic Applications: Familiarity with breaking down large, monolithic applications into smaller independent modules.
