• Develop QA processes and procedures, prepare documents that outline testing processes, and introduce and update these processes in collaboration with their team and developers
• Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test suites and test cases for web and mobile products
• Managing the testing activities, including planning, prioritizing, running tests, and monitoring the system
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design user stories to provide timely and meaningful feedback
• Identification, reporting, and tracking bugs
• Work closely with the product and engineering teams to identify system requirements, provide quality feedback, and work together to improve product quality
• Continuously evaluate and improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Design, develop, execute, and monitor automation scripts using automation tools. This role will report to the Product Manager

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, focusing on testing ecommerce platforms or web applications
• Proficiency in manual testing techniques. Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Ghost Inspector, Selenium, Cypress, etc.) - Advantage
• Experience working in tools like Postman, Fiddler, and Browser Dev Tools to track HTTP traffic, identify issues, and perform API tests
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools/frameworks (e.g., Playwright, Chromatic, Selenium, etc.)- Advantage
• Experience in writing clear, accurate, and comprehensive test suits and test cases
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
