Czym będziesz się zajmować?
One of the world’s largest banks is looking for IT Service Owner & IT Service Manager for Cracow team!Global Operations team delivers over 70 products and solutions in areas such as Process Automation, Enterprise Document Management and Customer Communication Management. With 700+ staff worldwide, the team supports internal operations primarily in the EU region.
What will you doIT Service Owner (50%)
- Manage and support IT services, acting as a single point of contact, following ITIL phases
- Requires general knowledge of system connections without deep technical expertise
- Serve as the contact for stakeholder requests and escalation
- Maintain quality through control environment, service reviews and resilience tests
- Ensure services meet SLAs and communicate with stakeholders
- Contribute to the strategy for Technology Service Management
- Plan service upgrades and communicate performance to Product owners
- Occasionally onboard new IT services and update inventory tools
Service Management (40%)
- Uunderstanding of Service Management processes, with deeper knowledge in specific areas
- Provide expertise to Service Quality Managers
- Deliver global Service Management reporting and adapt Configuration Management tools
- Ensure proper escalation for incidents
- Manage ServiceNow dashboards

Skills:- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international team
- Experience in IT Service Management
- Good understanding of ITIL methodologies, especially in Service Level Management, Service Continuity, Information Security, Change, Incident and Problem Management
- ServiceNow is required
- Team player, adaptable to change
- Experience with customer-facing applications is a plus
- Basic knowledge of IT technologies and their operational environments
- Additional language skills (French or German) are an advantage
