• Collaborate with business stakeholders and development team members to build requirements for new product features: define scope of new functionalities, use cases as well as testing scenarios and acceptance criteria (using Behavior Driven Development)
• To do so, the candidate will interact with marketing, UX designers, developers and customer care teams
• Follow the delivery of new functionalities in Agile and answer the questions of tech teams on the stories
• Conduct tailored workshops to ensure delivery of new product features
• Support the analysis of KPIs to boost the operator performance and provide adequate reporting to the top-level management
• Prepare and conduct demos of recently developed functionalities at the end of each iteration
• Run or organize tests on the delivered features
• Prepare iteration planning in Agile methodology
• Support in managing iteration scope according to business priorities, value proposition and technical feasibility

• The analytical person, who is experienced in product management, ideally in Agile
• Experience in telecommunication
• Experience in Product Ownership of 3 years minimum
• Preferably an experience in building a service-driven Mobile / Web application
• Knowledge of Jira/Confluence
• Knowledge of BDD
• Preferably knowledge of Gherkin, Postman, SQL basics
• Industry depth telco is preferred but not required
• C1 level in English or above is required
• Graduated a Master’s Degree in IT and/or Business is a plus
