We are transitioning to LabVantage LIMS to enhance our laboratory's quality and efficiency. We seek a QA with knowledge of GxP, GLP, and GCP to design and execute test plans covering functional and non-functional requirements of the new system.

• Lead test preparation, execution, and reporting for new functionality.
• Develop and maintain a robust test strategy aligned with project goals.
• Ensure a consistent Test and QA approach from early design through development.
• Collaborate with vendors to implement early testing mechanisms.
• Execute manual test cases across various scenarios, including functional, non-functional, and regression tests.
• Manage resources for successful testing phases.
• Detect, log, and manage defects using Azure DevOps, working with developers to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile delivery teams to improve testing efficiency.

• Proven manual testing experience in a large enterprise, particularly in regulated industries (e.g., pharmaceuticals).
• Proficiency in various manual testing methodologies.
• Experience working in both Agile and Waterfall project environments.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree-level education or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
