At LynxByte we are building a place where we create and implement AI technologies into our clients' applications and systems, creating dedicated advanced solutions. We are currently looking for Data Scientists to work on new projects.

• Working on AI (GenAI) problems across various business domains
• Implementing and supporting LLM models
• Working closely with clients and understanding their problems, as well as the ability to propose solutions and create offers
• Applying LLM techniques using Python and LangChain
• Ability to create solutions such as: RAG, Finetunning, AI Agents

• Strong knowledge of Python
• Practical expertise and extensive knowledge in GenAI (LLMs)
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and meaningful explanations that a non-technical audience can easily understand (must have)
• Experience in building or using LLM models and deploying it (LLMOPS)
• Familiarity databases for instance SQL
• Experience using GIT and Docker
• C1 English level or higher
• (nice to have) Experience or practical knowledge of ML and DL solutions
