What will you doWorking with the Operations Project Sponsors, Technology Architects, Business Analysts and Development teams, create and manage the Epics, Stories and associated Agile artifacts to define and deliver the Sponsors needs as part of the Regulatory & Compliance and War on Manual Control Book of work.
Main Duties- Supporting Business Sponsors in the creation of their Business Cases, driving out the high level Business Requirements to provide the Technology input (e.g. L0 sizings), identifying the project team and project initiation.
- Drives the delivery of user requirements through the entire life-cycle of the project through to go-live
- Ensures the delivered functionality fits appropriately into the associated Customer Journeys
- Supports the Product Owner to evolve Product roadmap, creation of epics and writing of user stories while managing the product backlog
- Delivers a solution which supports and aligns to strategic visions and roadmaps

Skills- Ability to build connections and working collaboratively, with strong written & verbal communication, influence and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of French at minimum C1 level
- Proactively identifies and manages risk, building plans to manage and minimize the impact
- Expertise and experience in Agile Engineering & DevOps practices and associated tools (e.g. Confluence, Jira)
- Significant & demonstrable experience of analyzing and documenting business requirements for global platforms
- Adds value through having & expanding knowledge of the platforms & processes supporting the Line of Business
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and a proven rapid learning capability
- Excellent time management and prioritization of work tasks, using own initiative to resolve issues
- Experience in dealing with senior management, business leads and wide array of global stakeholders
