As a Controls Risk & Controls SME, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank’s operations adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures. You will be supporting the Control Owner for Cryptography, Data Security or Network Security to scope the actions for risk reduction and mobilize the delivery teams. On the delivery journey the role will ensure that the internal and external governance requirements are met at all time.

• Managing risk and ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Collaborating with engineering teams and control owners to implement risk-reducing solutions.
• Actively managing issues and actions related to security (Helios).
• Creating reports and commentary regarding Key Control Indicators (KCIs).
• Working closely with global and regional stakeholders, including regulators and auditors.

• at least 3 years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity.
• Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
• Familiarity with risk and control frameworks in the banking sector.
• Ability to work under pressure with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and ability to create clear and concise reports.
• NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) framework.
• Advanced tools for risk and compliance management.
