Delivery teams engage daily with our clients in handling the 24/7 operation of client’s interfaces, service platform, and environments, including monitoring and management of file systems, operation systems, and virtual machines. We service some of the largest organizations in the global financial sector, in the daily operation of their client’s installation and strive to deliver first-class services utilizing client’s as-a-service operational framework – based upon ITIL.

Responsibilities:

• Incident management.
• Collaborate with regional delivery teams to support and manage the 24/7 operation of interfaces, service platform, and environments.
• Handle complex IT infrastructure requests and managed services, ensuring efficient and effective delivery.
• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate solutions and streamline operations.
• Maintain strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows and operational experience with mission-critical software and tools.
• Engage in IT infrastructure automation projects and contribute to the development of future-oriented solutions.

Qualifications:

• At least 4-6years of experience in a similar position.
• Extensive experience delivering complex IT infrastructure requests and/or managed services.
• Familiarity with large hosting providers and global (remote) clients.
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting is essential.
• Strong Microsoft Windows knowledge.
• Operational experience with mission-critical software and tools.
• Broad knowledge of IT infrastructure automation.
• Experience working with Azure Cloud is a plus.
• ITIL experience/certification.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Cross-functional team player with experience in an international environment.
