About project

Currently we are looking for Salesforce CRM Support Specialist who will join a team working on projects from MarTech industry. The role requires support in delivering number of tactical CRM-related initiatives, including email personalisation, customer acquisition and retention strategies.  

100% remote work

Duration of the project: 3 months


Working with the external and internal teams to work through a backlog of prioritised tasks related to email personalisation, customer acquisition and retention 

  • Support the client as required with all CRM-related tasks 
  • Working closely with the CRM Manager to create email communications, including writing email copy and sourcing content in line with the brand requirements 
  • Working closely with the CRM planner to plan and make improvements to the customer journey 
  • Report on the status of tasks in the backlog  

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Min. 3 years of experience working on a similar position
  • Previous CRM experience in managing and delivering CRM campaigns (mainly through email)
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and spoken
  • Process-driven and methodical with strong attention to detail 
  • Basic SQL 
Nice to have:
  • Experience working in a professional services/partnership environment
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud   
  • Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud 
  • Experience with HTML/CSS
