About project

Currently we are looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization Developer to join a project from retail industry.

Possibility of 100% remote work.

  • Implementation and optimization of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Personalization to enhance customer experience and drive business growth
  • Development of Marketing Cloud Personalization, including sitemap development, integrations, Templates and Campaigns
  • Development and implementation of personalized customer journeys using Marketing Cloud Personalization through journey configurations, audience segmentation, and real time messaging
  • Provide guidance on best practices and techniques
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Marketing Cloud solutions
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement
  • Creating technical documentation

Kogo poszukujemy?

  • Min. 3 years of experience on similar position
  • Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalization (Interaction Studio)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce platforms customization
  • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation strategies, and marketing automation principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Nice to have: Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist or Marketing Cloud Consultant)
