The ideal candidate will have a level of knowledge of distributed platforms, Linux, VMware, Oracle DB. This role will primarily involve working with internal IT teams to drive infrastructure projects and ensure functioning of critical systems.

• Collaborate with IT teams to gather, analyze and document business requirements for on-prem infrastructure projects
• Support and optimize infrastructure services like Control-M and Sterling File Gateway
• Analyze IT processes, identifying areas for optimization and improvement in infrastructure performance
• Facilitate technical discussions with internal stakeholders, translating infrastructure needs into actionable specifications
• Assist in planning and executing IT infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and operational requirements
• Track project milestones and progress, managing risks and dependencies to ensure timely project completion
• Prepare clear and concise documentation
• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to on-premises infrastructure

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT ideally with on-premises infrastructure projects
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills, with the ability to translate business needs into clear, technical specifications
• Experience working with internal IT teams to translate infrastructure needs into clear technical requirements
• Process mapping and workflow analysis skills
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with business case development, cost-benefit analysis, and supporting decision-making processes
• Analytical mindset
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, MS Visio and Agile + Waterfall
